How it Works
Photographs are taken on site using a simple set up that works indoors or outdoors.
Administrators are provided with an explanatory PDF to give to families, and the process is straightforward.
Once the portraits are ready to be viewed, families are sent a link to a password protected ordering gallery. They will receive a minimum of 5 images in color and black and white.
The best part is the family gets to choose their favorite photo(s). Prints and digitals are ordered online!
FAQ
Is it expensive?
No! Print and products are provided at a competitive rate and there is no minimum order. A variety of collections and a-la-carte products are offered to fit everyone's needs. I also donate 10% of my net profits to the schools that I photograph!
Every parent deserves a timeless portrait showcasing their child’s personality. Schools also deserve to deal with less hassle for a better product at the same cost as traditional school portraits.
What services do you offer?
Each family receives a gallery of images and a wide variety of products and options for order. Included in Fine Art School Portraits:
The school receives all high resolution digital files to use for yearbooks, website, school advertising, school ID's, or however the school wishes to use the images.
Any questions from parents and families about ordering and products can be fielded to me for answering.
Staff photos are included.
I donate 10% of proceeds back to the school.
WHAT AGES DO YOU WORK WITH?
Infants to teens!
HOW MANY CHILDREN CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE?
Up to around 120 children can be photographed in a single day. For schools with more students, multiple dates are usually required (please contact me to discuss the size of your student roster).
Pandemic Preparedness
Keeping everyone safe and healthy is a top priority during the Covid -19 crisis, and I am committed to following the most up to date standards.
Mask wearing and social distancing guidelines will be followed.
Seating will be sanitized between each child.
The backdrop setup can be done outside or moved between rooms in the school if needed so that children can remain in their assigned cohorts.
Because of the possibility of rotating schedules, etc flexible dates and times are available to ensure every student has an opportunity for a photo. Alternatively, an open air studio will be available for scheduling photos outside of the school day.
If a child’s transportation is affected and needs an additional opportunity to have their photo taken, I will work with the school and family to find a date/location.
