All digital files are delivered straight to your email in high resolution. You’re welcome to share and print them as many times as you’d like, though I only guarantee print quality for orders placed directly through this site.
Digital image purchases are final sale and non-refundable once delivered.
Digital Delivery Timing
Digital-only orders are delivered instantly via email.
Digital files purchased with print products are delivered within 48 hours during regular business days (Monday–Friday). To ensure accuracy, these files are delivered after print orders enter production.
Messages or requests sent outside of business hours will be reviewed the next business day. Thank you so much for your understanding—I always want to make sure everything is delivered correctly.
Need to Make a Change?
If you notice a cropping issue or an ordering mistake, please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order so I can help before everything is finalized.
After that window, print orders are automatically sent to the lab and cannot be changed.Retouching
I’m happy to offer one complimentary edit per child for things like blemish removal or eczema smoothing.
If you’d like additional retouching, I’ll provide a quote based on the number of images and the complexity of edits.
