All digital files are delivered straight to your email in high resolution. You’re welcome to share and print them as many times as you’d like, though I only guarantee print quality for orders placed directly through this site.
Digital image purchases are final sale and non-refundable once delivered.
Ordering & Digital Delivery
All orders are placed on a short hold before being finalized. This allows time to catch accidental selections or request changes.
• Order changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
• After that window, orders are considered final.
• Digital files are not delivered instantly. When digitals are ordered (especially with prints), they are released after the hold period. Once delivered, digital files are non-refundable.
Orders placed outside of business hours may be processed the next business day.
Retouching
I’m happy to offer one complimentary edit per child for things like blemish removal or eczema smoothing.
If you’d like additional retouching, I’ll provide a quote based on the number of images and the complexity of edits.
